Our customers receive comprehensive service for their yachts, from minor repairs and modifications to complete refits or new constructions. We work with all types of boat-building materials and handle painting, equipment, engines, masts, and all technical aspects. Therefore, we are currently looking for:

Technician (m/f/d), Yacht Technician (m/f/d), Boat Builder – Technical (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and new installations of systems and technical facilities (including water, climate, heating, toilet, and steering systems) on yachts and boats
Identifying defects and creating detailed technical solution proposals with corresponding documentation
Proper commissioning and winterizing of supply systems and equipment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A completed technical education or relevant experience in one of the following fields: heating technology, sanitary technology, indoor air technology, refrigeration technology, or similar roles
Preferably knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics
Class B driver’s license
Willingness to learn new skills – the range of tasks is diverse
Responsibility, independent and reliable work style – you maintain a clear overview, even in challenging situations

Boat Transporter (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and organizing the transport team
Hoisting and positioning masts with the crane
Launching and retrieving boats and yachts
Independently maintaining the transport equipment
Internal transportation of yachts, boats, and special components
Loading and unloading goods with a forklift, as well as performing various crane tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Basic technical knowledge
Class B driver’s license

Metalworker, Locksmith (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Fabrication, processing, and assembly of metal components for exclusive yachts and boat projects
Performing demanding welding tasks (TIG, MAG, MIG) on stainless steel and aluminum
Repair, modification, and conversion of metal components on sailing and motor yachts
Participation in complex refit projects and new productions according to technical specifications and individual customer wishes
Surface treatment and finishing to ensure top-quality standards in yacht construction
Assembly and installation work, either in the shipyard or directly on board the vessel

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed training as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, locksmith, or a comparable qualification acquired through many years of professional experience
Ideally, mastery of various welding techniques (TIG, MAG, MIG)
Several years of experience working with stainless steel, preferably in yacht construction
Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
A strong sense of quality

Purchasing & Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational responsibility for the procurement of materials, components and services.
Requesting and comparing supplier prices and conditions.
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability for the workshop and ongoing projects.
Procuring special parts and specialist components in coordination with the workshop and project management.
Responsibility for goods receipt, inspection and proper storage.
Providing tools and materials for the workshop and on-site installation.
Maintaining the inventory management system (item master data, suppliers, prices).
Ensuring order, cleanliness and structure in the warehouse as well as organizing and executing the internal material flow.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in purchasing or procurement.
Knowledge of general warehouse operations and enjoyment of hands-on work.
Business-fluent German skills, spoken and written.
Confident use of a PC and ideally experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
Sense of responsibility and an independent, reliable way of working.
A strong service and quality mindset.
Flexibility and improvisational skills.
Willingness to learn.
